Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse team inspects your returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
